Terms & Conditions for Con Todo Experiences

By booking or participating in any Con Todo experience, you agree to the following terms. These help us run smooth, safe, and respectful events—and protect both you and us.
1. Services & Bookings
- All experiences must be booked in advance through our official website or approved platforms.
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel any experience due to weather, availability, safety concerns, or unexpected circumstances. If this happens, we’ll offer a reschedule or full refund.
- Payment is required at the time of booking. Prices may change, but once booked, your rate is locked.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancel up to 48 hours before your experience for a full refund. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
- In rare cases where we must cancel, we’ll notify you as early as possible and issue a full refund or rebooking.
3. Liability Disclaimer
- We aim to provide safe, fun, and delicious experiences—but we can’t be held liable for injuries, allergic reactions, lost items, or incidents during or after our tours or classes.
- By participating, you accept personal responsibility and agree to follow safety guidelines shared by our hosts.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content on our site (photos, text, branding, etc.) is the property of Con Todo. Don’t reuse, copy, or adapt it without written permission.
- You’re welcome to take and share your own photos of our experiences—just tag us @contodo.food!
5. Respect & Behavior
- We have zero tolerance for harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior.
- We reserve the right to remove anyone from an experience without refund if they violate this policy or disrupt the group.
- Please respect our hosts, vendors, and fellow guests—good vibes only.
6. User Accounts (if applicable)
- If you create an account on our website, keep your login secure and don’t impersonate others. We may disable accounts that breach our policies or misuse the platform.
7. Accuracy & Availability
- We work hard to keep our info accurate, but details (like menus or venues) may shift slightly depending on availability or seasonality. We’ll always aim to give you the best possible experience.
8. Changes to Terms
- We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll post the latest version on our site with the effective date.
